ACCOUNT TYPES
T. Frank McCall’s B2B customers have two payment options. Credit customers set up an account (pending approval) and agree to pay their full invoice within 30 days. Cash customers pay upfront at the time of purchase.

If you already have an account with T. Frank McCall’s and just need to set up online account access, email sales@tfrankmccalls.com with your name, your company name and your company’s account number. Specify you are looking to enable your online account.

PAYMENT METHODS
ACH: The Automated Clearing House (ACH) is the primary system that agencies use for electronic funds transfer. With ACH, funds are electronically deposited in financial institutions, and payments are made online. (Link)
Cash/Check: Checks may be made out to T. Frank McCall’s, Inc.
Credit Card: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
As of Dec 15, 2025, a 3% fee will apply to all credit card transactions. This fee will not be imposed on cash, check, or ACH payments.

Minimum Order
$200.00 minimum order is requested for free freight in our delivery area. Orders under $200.00 will be charged a $20.00 delivery fee. Orders out of our delivery area will be charged current freight rates.

All manufacturers’ warranties are passed directly to our customers. All merchandise is sold without warranty or other liability of any kind, except as expressly stated on, packaged with, or accompanying such products.
